Homecare, Security Guard and Private Hire Software since 1990:

tagtronics Ltd was formed with the intention of providing innovative management software and hardware solutions to aid in the administration of the Home Care, Security and Bus and Coach Industries.

Home Care Software

Our Homecare software product and subsequent electronic monitoring system were developed from discussions with local Home Care agencies who were struggling to run all aspects of the business from a paper driven system. The key factors in the development of this homecare management software has been ease of use and user friendliness.

Since its first release back in 1998 we have continually developed the software based around feedback from our clients and maintaining the functionality required by CSCI, CSIW, SCRC and national minimum standards. Video demonstrations of our comprehensive home care software can be viewed here.

Security Guard Software

Our "tagtronics Patrol" security guard software and subsequent check call system was developed when a need was discovered for the ability of guards to book in and out of a site and have check calls on a regular basis to ensure the security guards safety and whereabouts during a shift.

The system also helps you assign the appropriate security guards to sites depending on experience and relevant training as well as assisting you with vetting details, holidays and sickness. Invoicing and payroll can be administered from the management software. We also have a real time and passive Guard Tour system called "Active Guard" and "Datix" respectively.

Coach and Bus Private Hire Software

Our oldest member to the tagtronics suite is our Private Hire Software and Contracts and Tours and Excursions packages. Working with a local coach operator we have developed products to assist them in managing their vehicle and drivers and also a fully comprehensive tour booking application to allow their clients to book online or call the office to arrange a tour or excursion.

Due to continued expansion we moved on 11th September 2009 to our own purpose built prestigious new office located at Jct4 M65
