Over the last few months Tagtronics has continued to support both United Kingdom Homecare Association (UKHCA) and Ceretas by exhibiting our home care software at their respective annual conferences. We met many of our existing customers as well as identifying companies who were looking for a solution to help them run their home care business.
Improvement of our home care software
The feedback and turn out of both events was excellent and it has enabled us to improve our home care software system over the last few months based on our clients views. With the change to Care Quality Commission (CQC) i am sure there are more changes needed within the industry and we are ahead of the game ensuring continued development.
As Christmas approaches we have never being busier responding to new start ups looking for systems or more mature home care agencies making sure they have the best system working for them.
