The conference tackled the adoption of personalisation in the homecare sector; the conference allowed our delegates to gain a better understanding of the Think Local, Act Personal Partnership and the new programme of sector-led support to continue efforts in transforming adult social care.

Tagtronics have now worked with their inhouse development team to put development plans in place for a personalisation feature within their homecare scheduling software.
