Mediline is a well-established, independent agency providing care and nursing staff in and around the Midlands area and specialising in live-in care throughout the UK. The company has built up an enviable reputation for its consistently high performance in the provision of outstanding care and nursing services.

Tagtronics Homecare and Mediline

Mediline contacted Tagtronics at an early stage of their development. At that time they were already familiar with the idea of using Homecare Software to help with the day to day running of their rapidly growing business. They had a software package in place but due to the rate of their growth were looking for a more substantial solution to help them as they moved to the next stage of their expansion.


Mediline decided that they would move forward using Tagtronics software; they initially purchased a 5 user system which suited their business at that point in time.


After a very successful implementation and training period Tagtronics went on to have an influential role in the company and in line with that Mediline’s development has meant that they now have a 55 user system and provide in excess of 10,000 hours of care a week with over 800 existing clients.


They work with a number of leading institutions and businesses and have enjoyed consistent growth through their ongoing support.
