How Does the VoIP Check Call System Work?
A security guard arrives on the patrol site and calls a dedicated number which books them on at the start of the patrol shift. The Tagtronics voIP Check Call system then automatically creates a series of check calls to ensure the security guard is continuing to patrol.
One final call from the security guard at the end of the shift will confirm the guard has booked off at the end of the agreed time frame. The check call system also has the ability for each guard to input a unique pin number to ensure the appropriate security guard is on the correct site.
If for any reason a call is missed the Check Call system can notify you in a number of different ways in real time making sure you can quickly establish what has happened at site or to the security guard.
