The Datix Guard Patrol system enables your company to capture information in order to monitor an employee's movement on site or on security patrol. All the employee needs to do is touch the Datix device to the RFID tag whilst on patrol and the information is "stamped" electronically onto the reader.
As well as checking the identity of both employee and site, this verifies the services that are to be provided and the number of hours spent on each site. Details of each visit are stored in the device and at pre-determined intervals can be downloaded through the download cradle interface into the PC.
From this data, clients and management alike are able to receive comprehensive, professional reports for the security service actually provided to the customer, while the security service provider obtains the information required to ensure accurate payment and an efficient service.
