Under its previous name of Mitec Systems, bespoke software specialists of over 15 years, a number of software solutions had been developed for a range of industry segments that now form the tagtronics suite of products. Further details of these products can be found within the pages of this site.

Technical support is readily available in the initial form of training and installation, so that even the most die-hard of techno-phobes will feel confident in the use of the system. However, should there be any difficulties further down the line or simply issues of uncertainty regarding system use, technical help lines and online support are on hand to guide you all the way.

Support is of primary importance not only to tagtronics Ltd future growth strategies, but also to the partnerships we have developed with our clients over the years, and it is with this in mind that we have invested heavily in our support team in order to provide a rapid response to deal with any potential training or technical issues.

As a company we also provide specialist consultancy services in order to advise, and where necessary supply and maintain, computer systems, networks and hardware solutions to both existing and prospective customers alike. Details of these services are available on request.

Due to continued expansion, we have recently occupied additional office space within the Business Centre adjacent to the Leeds-Liverpool canal in Blackburn, where we continue to develop cost effective, best of breed solutions for both enterprise and e-business applications.
