Tagtronics’s Private Hire software package has now been in the marketplace for several years.

The Private Hire and contracts package offers a way for clients to seamlessly enter an enquiry, print off quotes, confirmations, invoices and work tickets, all of which can be emailed directly from the software. We can even incorporate your company logo on all documentation.
The software also allows the inputting of pick up points, journey routes and key information regarding your customers.
Through Map Point we also allow you to calculate the distance of the journey, plan a route and view a map, from this information you can then automatically calculate a quotation based on vehicle used and number of miles.

From the diary, which allows you to view jobs over a pre selected time period, you can enter the details of the job and copy scheduled work such as school runs week on week.
We will soon be launching our XDA product which will interface with our Private Hire package, from this you will be able to send jobs remotely, track the vehicle and receive feedback from your driver when necessary.
Tagtronics also provide a Tours and Excursions booking package which includes, Rooming lists, pick up lists and Insurance returns as a well as a simple step by step booking process. We recently launched an on line booking version.
